So, I was given the opportunity to review some Wholly Guacamole products which included salsa, guacamole and queso and now, we are on Wholly Guacamole binge. My family and I never tried these products and therefore, we did not know what to expect. My husband being a Mexican food lover, was the first one to try the salsa with some corn chips, and simply loved them. I then tried them and found them to be so good and tasty. I was really impressed.

Within the next couple of days, my husband and I would put the baby to sleep and soon after break out some nachos with some Wholly Guacamole. After finishing the salsa jar, we then went for the Wholly queso. My husband ate it cold but I always have to nuke my cheese, and it was great. i was able to taste the blend of spices which added a kick to the flavor. The queso had the perfect blend of ingredients making it spicy, but no much it were you were unable to eat it and enjoy it. My husband could not stop talking about the guacamole, stating that he have not had good guacamole in a long time. He then couldn’t stop eating it and I actually let him as I was not worried about the ingredients.

In reviewing these products, I learned that Wholly Guacamole makes their products using all-natural ingredients.   Each package consists of purely 90% avocados and 10% spices.  Nothing else added!  They are also allergen,  gluten-free and and preservative free! So, they are not limited to certain diets, and they are certified kosher!

Now, let’s talk health benefits.   Wholly Guacamole is packed with avocados which rank among the highest for magnesium, vitamin E and folic acid compared to other fruits. They are also packed with more than 20 vitamins and minerals, have 60% more potassium than bananas and are free of sodium, cholesterol and trans fats!   They’re also packed with tons of healthy fats like the kind found in olive oil and almonds, which is GREAT for overall heart health!  They’re also known to be an aide in lowering cholesterol! What else could I say? Wholly Guacamole has brought Mexican taste to a whole different level. These products are real, with real taste made out of real, healthy ingredients. You can actually taste the blends of spices such as garlic, peppers and onions. It is not a fake imitation of processed foods. If you like your chips with salsa dips, spicy cheese and some tasty guacamole, then you have try Wholly Guacamole. They are simply by far, the best I have tried. So, I have recently become a Frito-Lay fan and received my box of Frito-Lay goodies. It is no wonder why Frito-Lay is one of the best and top potato chips brand in the world. Not only do they have great tasting chips but I now have learned that Frito-Lay was the first company to remove hydronated oils from their products. meaning, their chips have 0 grams of trans fat.

I received a bag of Tostitos Scoops, Lays (lightly-salted) and Sunchips from Frito-Lay to review. I also received a re-usable tote-bag, a chip clip and an aluminum water bottle. Within the package I also recieved some facts about the chips that I never knew before. For instance, Frito-Lay makes their chips with fresh, farm grown ingredients using only potatoes, corn and all natural oils and salts. Also, some of their products like Tostitos and Sunchips are made from whole grains. Sunchips are also made with fiber. Who knew?! These chips are so tasty and made of natural foods. I have always been a lover for Tostitos and Lays but I have never tried Sunchips well, I am not ashamed to say that I ate the whole bag in a day. These chips are so addicting. My husband tried the Tostitos with Salsa and now keeps our snack shelf stocked with them.
